The Spring Equinox is the mark of the true new year, when sun grows in strength, beginning a season of life, birth, and renewal. This year stands to hold deep changes and new challenges that prepare us to receive the rewards of our hard work. Join Summer and Brea for an evening of movement and reenergizing practices to ready our hearts to ‘love the challenge’ so we may grow in grace and power.
