YOGA FUNDAMENTALS CLASS For Beginners/Improvers Class focus is on building/re-building core strength, increasing flexibility and stability, breathwork and relaxation techniques. Also suitable for athletes/sports people to increase flexibility and improve core stability
When: Each TUESDAY 615- 730pm, from June 1 Where: YOGASPACE @55 South King St, Dublin 2 Drop-in rate is €15; or you can purchase a block or class pass for 5 or more classes which works out at €10 per class*.
DYNAMIC VINYASA YOGA For experienced students Focus is on building core strength, synchronising breath and body movement, as well as on developing your physical yoga practise. This is a dynamic, challenging and fun class - however it is at an intermediate/advanced level and is NOT SUITABLE for beginners.
When: Every THURSDAY 7.30-8.30pm Where: SAMADHI YOGA Cows Lane Temple Bar Students can purchase a 7-week class pass for the course @ €95 or drop-in for €16 per class*.
Private Individual or Group Tuition in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Sports also available.
