YAMA YOGA 


Yoga for the body. Yoga for the mind. Yoga for the spirit. 

At Yama Yoga, the aim is to transmit the teachings of yoga asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork) and philosophy in a way that is easily understood, with loving-kindness, to aid the body, mind and spirit.  

The focus is on ashtanga vinyasa yoga, but more classes in restorative yoga, and yoga for sports will be added in time

Yama is the first limb of yoga, the first step on the yogic path as described by the sage Patanjali, thousands of years ago, in the sacred yogic text, The Yoga Sutras.
